① At the end or beginning of each work shift, it is recommended to perform a general cleaning work to remove iron oxide scale and debris, which can reduce wear and reduce resistance.
② Check whether the cutter is intact and whether the fixing bolts of the compaction wheel are loose at any time; and check the tightness of the lead wire of the traction part. If it is loose, tighten it in time, otherwise it may cause the lower traction wheel to collapse.
③ When the temperature is lower than 3 ℃, water must be drained at the end of each shift. Otherwise, the entire pneumatic system will not work due to the freezing of the water; use cotton yarn to absorb and dry the water vapor at the muffler port, otherwise the cylinder will be slow or unable to move. .
④ Lubrication: The traction mechanism, straightening wheel, shearing mechanism and bending mechanism of the equipment must be regularly added or replaced with lubricating oil to ensure sufficient lubrication of the bearings and prolong the service life.
⑤ Fastening of screws at various parts: traction of two driving wheel screws, traction of two pressing wheel screws, traction of upper shaft cover end cap screws, fastening of each cutter screw, bending of the mandrel Tighten screws and fasten bent shafts.
1. The air tank of the air pump is drained once a day;
2. Check whether the screws on the traction wheel and the counting wheel are loose every day.
3. Please check the lubricating oil surface of the air pump once a day to ensure that the lubricating oil between the air compressors should be replaced with new oil after running for 50 hours or 1 week.
4. Check the oil level of the traction box every day (check the oil level). Please lubricate when the oil level is lower than the oil level.
5. At the end of each day’s work, it is recommended to conduct an inspection and cleaning work (oxidized scale and other sundries).
6. According to the label on the equipment, regularly fill the lubricating oil at the oil nozzle to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
7. Please check whether the cutter, fixed knife, bent shaft and fixed bolts are loose before working every day.
8. When the cylinder works slowly, please clean up the dust on the solenoid valve muffler in time.
